Kristin Childers has litigated more than 50 jury trials and advises clients on all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. During her career as a trial lawyer, Kristin has been recognized for her outstanding advocacy in the courtroom. In 2002, Kristin was named Trial Attorney of the Year for the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office. In 2003, she was picked as one of Atlanta Magazine’s Women Making a Mark for her trial work on behalf of children. In 2004, she was named as one of 21 lawyers to watch in the “On the Rise” issue of the Daily Report.
Kristin's practice areas include commercial litigation, employment, and government affairs.
Kristin has been a speaker at a number of national and regional conferences in the areas of evidentiary issues and trial strategy.
